On August 6th, the opening ceremony of “Beautiful Western Hills, romantic HKI – Bella Toscana Customer Festival 2011” was held within the villa model demonstration area. As the only new villa of Western Hills district in 2011, Bella Toscana attracted a lot of attentions from the market. On the day, hundreds of upmarket house purchasers who were interested in Western Hills attended the event, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

On July 15th, the Bella Toscana sales offices opened. The project continued its record of good sales from last December in Beijing, attracting much interest from the market. House purchasers flooded in. During the customer reception activity organised by the company at the weekend, a large number of prospective buyers came to register at the reception centre.

The products of Bella Toscana that launched during this activity included detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, with a layout area spanning 270-430 square metres, which places them in the mainstream of cost-effective products currently on the villa market.

On the sales day, a good sales performance was attained, which proved once more that Bella Toscana was a product trusted by the market and customers alike.
